The staff at this service are all impressively efficient and caring. From first booking to the removal of my ear wax and the scans of the process sent a day or so later I couldn’t be more satisfied. The visit from Sopithaa to remove the wax at a time really convenient to me was a pleasure. Sopithaa was kind, reassuring and really speedy ! I have already recommended the service I had a week ago to friends, family and a couple of health professionals.

Manaisa was wonderful – very friendly and professional. She sorted out some very stubborn earwax in a very stubborn 100 year old lady’s ears. She was quite averse at anyone poking her ears and convinced she hears just fine – Manaisa cleared the ears and she could tell the difference (she definitely hears better now).
