Founder and Lead Ear Health Practitioner
Anna
Anna is our lead Ear Health Practitioner. She qualified as a nurse in 2018 and worked in the NHS across a number of roles, including on hospital wards caring for the elderly and in an emergency departments of a busy London hospital. She completed her specialised ear care and ear wax microsuction removal training in 2023 that is accredited by the BSA and BSHAA. She received her prescribing qualification in 2025 and issues prescriptions for our clients when required. She currently covers the London and outer London regions for Ear Health Check. She also has a postgraduate Level 7 Masters qualification in facial injectable treatments, so she has very steady hands! Your ears are in good hands!
Our Ear Health Practitioner
Paileen
Paileen is a Registered Adult Nurse with over 12 years of experience working within the NHS, with much of her career spent in District and Community Nursing. She has extensive experience caring for patients in their own homes, particularly older adults and those with a wide range of complex and long-term health needs. CVPaileenAlleyne.pdf Her years in District Nursing have given Paileen a real understanding of the importance of providing care that is not only safe and professional, but also personal and reassuring. She takes a compassionate, person-centred approach, making sure patients feel comfortable, listened to and at ease throughout their appointment. With Paileen’s wealth of nursing experience and caring approach, you can feel confident that your hearing health is in experienced and caring hands.

Philip
Philip covers North London and brings over a decade of experience working across health and social care. Throughout his career, he has supported people of all ages, from children and young people in specialist mental health services to older adults receiving live-in and residential care, always providing compassionate, client-centred support. Phil is known for his calm, friendly and approachable manner, taking the time to put patients at ease and ensuring they feel comfortable and reassured throughout their appointment. He believes in treating every patient with kindness, dignity and respect, while delivering the highest standard of care. Whether you’re experiencing blocked ears, reduced hearing or simply need routine ear wax removal, Phil is committed to providing professional, high-quality care in the comfort of your own home.

Sam
Sam is our lead of customer care. He ensures that you get all the information you need to feel comfortable about booking with us and that you are prepared for your consultation. He makes sure that our days of home-visiting run smoothly so that your ear health practitioner arrives on time. He is only ever a phone call or email away!
Tympa Health Is Our Technology And ENT Specialist Partner
Tympa Health is our technology partner. They provide us with the latest technology in video otoscopy and ear micro-suction to allow us to provide our dedicated home-visiting service. They also provide expert audiology and ENT doctor advice about any video otoscopy that we refer to them digitally.
